Preliminary Construction Estimate
We offer a comprehensive estimate. We work closely with you to confirm all specifications, inclusions and design details,.
Plan development, Adjustments and site and survey.
After deposit, working closely with your new home consultant we prepare a final set of plans inclusive of any alterations required.
Studio Two: Fittings and Colour Selections Day
One-on-One consultation to guide you through choosing colours, fixtures and fittings. Together, we discuss, demonstrate and present all possibilities.
Final Specifications and Contract
Our final tender has been accepted and we are ready to sign our fixed price contract. After contract signing, all that is left to do is await finance approval and the construction of your perfect new home begins
Construction Commencement
We offer a comprehensive construction program, designed to make the process as stress-free as possible. Dedicated one-on-one customer service from your dedicated Site Supervisor and Customer Relations Officer - conducting three on site meetings during construction.
