Our project management guide ensures seamless flow of information throughout the construction process. From design to construction through to completion, our experienced staff are here to provide you with the highest level of service. We focus on attention to detail and quality craftsmanship every step of the way.
We ensure involvement directly with the Registered Builder at any stage during the build, and thorough Quality Assurance processes for various stages. Clients liaise with a Registered Builder who has worked onsite, built homes and buildings, and understands how to achieve high quality outcomes with honesty, integrity and professionalism.
Design Consult
We offer a wide range of designs to help you create the perfect new home. From choosing from our selection of standard designs to creating a completely custom design, we can provide you with the home of your dreams.
Preliminary Construction Estimate
We offer a comprehensive estimate. We work closely with you to confirm all specifications, inclusions and design details.
Plan Development, Adjustments & Site Survey
After deposit and working closely with your new home consultant, we prepare a final set of plans inclusive of any alterations required.
Studio Two: Fittings & Colour Selection
One-on-One consultation to guide you through choosing colours, fixtures and fittings. Together, we discuss, demonstrate and present all possibilities.
Final Specifications & Contract
Our final tender has been accepted and we are ready to sign our fixed price contract. After contract signing, all that is left to do is await finance approval and the construction of your perfect new home begins.
Construction Commencement
We offer a comprehensive construction program, designed to make the process as stress-free as possible. Dedicated one-on-one customer service from your dedicated Site Supervisor and Customer Relations Officer - conducting three on site meetings during construction.
